12 Days of Christmas Gratitude Edition is a gentle seasonal journey created to support your emotional and physical wellbeing during one of the busiest times of the year. December can feel full and fast, and it is easy to lose your sense of calm. This 12-day experience invites you to slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with yourself. In addition, each practice helps you create small pockets of stillness that ripple through the rest of your day.
What’s Included in the 12 Days of Christmas Gratitude Edition
Each morning, you will receive one email with a short practice to guide your day. These sessions are simple, soothing, and easy to enjoy at any time. They include:

✨ Soft yoga or Tai Chi-inspired movement

✨ A short visualisation or reflection

How It Works
Your first email will arrive at 6am on Monday 8th December. You can join after this date as well. If you do, your Day 1 email will arrive the next morning at 6am. After that, you will receive one email per day for 12 days. You can complete each practice whenever it suits you, so the journey stays flexible and supportive.
