A Soothing Winter Pause
As autumn’s golden light fades and evenings draw in, Deep Cosy Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself. During this evening of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath, you’ll take time to release the pace of summer and welcome the calm, reflective energy of autumn.
Join Claire Davidson and Pauline Fairlie for a heart-centred practice at The Yoga Barn. The space glows with candlelight and gentle warmth. Here, you’ll breathe deeply, rest fully, and rediscover your inner balance.
🌿 What to Expect at Deep Cosy Yin Yoga
To begin, we’ll ease into a gentle Yin Yoga sequence that supports the Kidney and Gallbladder meridians. This practice aligns with the Water Element of Winter and helps you create space for stillness and clarity. Each pose invites softness, release, and a quiet return to your centre.
Next, we’ll transition into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation that calms the nervous system. Afterwards, experience the resonance of a Sound Bath as crystal bowls and sacred tones fill the space. Their soothing vibrations relax your body and settle your mind into deep peace. As a result, you’ll feel grounded, restored, and renewed.
💛 Reflection and Connection
Many guests describe Deep Cosy Yin Yoga as “transformative” and “the best night’s sleep ever.” This autumn gathering offers that same gentle magic. It’s a sacred pause to rest, reflect, and renew before winter’s stillness arrives.
You’ll finish the evening with tea, nourishing snacks, and time to ground. In addition, each guest receives a goodie bag to continue self-care at home.
