Sue is the co-founder of Seasonal Yoga, which has trained hundreds of yoga teachers worldwide. With a passion for making ancient wisdom relevant, Sue offers adaptive resilience for today’s fast-changing world through her retreats, seminars, classes, books, and DVDs.

Claire Davidson
Claire Davidson is a yoga teacher, breathwork specialist, and empowerment coach with over a decade of experience helping people reconnect with their body, breath, and inner wisdom.
