Are you ready to unlock the path to a more harmonious and fulfilling life? Our Seasonal Yoga Foundation Course is designed to help you live a healthier, calmer, and more joyful life by introducing you to the powerful practices of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and more.
In this transformative course, we guide you through five modules, each centered around a seasonal element from the Chinese Five Elements system. By connecting to the natural rhythms of the seasons, you’ll learn how to cultivate balance and vitality in every aspect of your life.
This course will also help you:
- Embrace holistic living through yoga, meditation, and breathwork
- Learn the principles of seasonal living based on Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Develop healthy habits for your home and lifestyle
- Gain tools for personal growth and empowerment with neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and yoga nidra
The course is an excellent introduction for those looking to deepen their yoga journey and serves as a foundation for those interested in further training. Upon completion, you’ll earn 50 hours towards a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification.
