My passion for wellness began with yoga...

Welcome – I'm Claire, and I offer yoga classes in Glasgow, breathwork coaching, and holistic wellness support for women at every stage of life.

My journey into wellness began in 2000 when I stepped into my first yoga class and felt an instant connection. The physical and emotional shifts were profound — and I knew I’d found something powerful.

Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in Seasonal Yoga, breathwork, and meditation, eventually becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2007 and a certified coach in 2015. But it’s the breath,  that quiet, powerful bridge between body and mind, that has always held my heart.

Whether I’m teaching pregnancy yoga classes in Glasgow, guiding a 1-1 breathwork session, or supporting new mums in my Mum & Baby classes, I centre everything around the healing, transformative power of the breath.

I've spent years studying the body, the breath, and the incredible science behind why we feel the way we feel. My training spans seasonal yoga, yin, ashtanga, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, breathwork coaching, and NLP,  but more than any qualification, it's the thousands of hours spent sitting with students, witnessing their transformations, that has shaped the teacher and coach I am today.

I work with women at every stage of life, from pregnancy and new motherhood, through the beautiful complexity of midlife, to anyone who simply wants to feel more at ease in their own skin. My approach is always holistic, always personal, and always rooted in deep respect for where you are right now.

As a Senior Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Coach, here's a little of what I've trained in:
