Welcome – I'm Claire, and I offer yoga classes in Glasgow, breathwork coaching, and holistic wellness support for women at every stage of life.
My journey into wellness began in 2000 when I stepped into my first yoga class and felt an instant connection. The physical and emotional shifts were profound — and I knew I’d found something powerful.
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in Seasonal Yoga, breathwork, and meditation, eventually becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2007 and a certified coach in 2015. But it’s the breath, that quiet, powerful bridge between body and mind, that has always held my heart.
Whether I’m teaching pregnancy yoga classes in Glasgow, guiding a 1-1 breathwork session, or supporting new mums in my Mum & Baby classes, I centre everything around the healing, transformative power of the breath.

As a certified coach, I have completed advanced training in breathwork, yoga, meditation, and stress reduction. My offerings extend beyond one-on-one sessions, as I also facilitate workshops, retreats, and group coaching programs. Additionally, I provide comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training, where I guide future instructors to integrate breathwork into their teaching for more impactful, transformative classes.
