My passion for wellness began with yoga...

I attended my first yoga class in 2000 and was instantly hooked.  I loved the way it made me feel both physically and mentally and want to know more.  I have immersed myself in Seasonal Yoga, breath work and meditation and in 2015 I became a certified coach.

Now with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come through out the different stages of life. My passion lies in helping you prioritise your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and creating a life that truly resonates with your authentic self.

My approach is holistic, meaning that I consider all aspects of your life when working together. We'll identify your core values, set meaningful goals, and develop a personalised plan to achieve them. Whether you're looking to improve your mental health, increase physical activity, reduce stress, or cultivate more fulfilling relationships, I'll provide the guidance and support you need to make lasting changes.
