Yes,  I run pregnancy yoga classes in Shawlands, Glasgow each week. These gentle classes help you build strength, ease tension, and connect with your baby through mindful movement and breathwork. You can join anytime from your second trimester onwards.

Do you offer Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training?
Yes — I co-lead an 85-hour Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training in Glasgow, accredited by Yoga Alliance Worldwide (RPYT). This course is designed for qualified yoga teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of pregnancy, birth, and postnatal wellbeing through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness. It’s a beautiful opportunity to expand your teaching and empower women through every stage of pregnancy.

🤱 Mum & Baby Yoga

When can I start Mum & Baby Yoga?
Mum & Baby Yoga is a wonderful way to recover after birth, rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and bond with your little one. You can usually start around six weeks after birth (or 10–12 weeks after a C-section). Babies are always welcome to join in!

What is Seasonal Yoga?
Seasonal Yoga aligns movement, breath, and meditation with the changing energy of the seasons. It helps you stay balanced, grounded, and energised throughout the year. Classes are open to all levels and designed to nurture both body and mind.

Do you offer online classes as well as in-person?
Yes! Many of my yoga and breathwork classes are available online, so you can practice from home wherever you are. I also offer 1:1 breathwork coaching and mentoring sessions via Zoom.
